The free consultation
15–30 minutes · no obligation
We start with a friendly chat by WhatsApp, phone or email. You tell us what's driving you mad and show us the space — photos are perfectly fine. We listen, give honest advice on which service fits, and agree a clear price. No pressure, ever.

Your tailored plan
Agreed before we begin
We agree a date, a budget and a plan built around how you actually live. If storage products would help, we suggest them first — nothing is ever bought without your approval. You'll know exactly what's happening before we lift a finger.

The transformation
Together, at your pace
We work alongside you — or independently, if you'd rather get on with your day. You decide what stays; we never throw anything away without your agreement. We sort, declutter, clean and build beautiful systems, and your donations are bagged and set aside, ready for you to pass on.

Lasting aftercare
Two weeks later
We check in to see how your new systems are working. If something isn't quite right, we tweak it. Organisation only counts if it lasts — and we're here to make sure yours does.
